Refund Policy
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You received a defective or damaged product
- The ordered product(s) was lost or damaged during transit
- The product(s) you received is past its expiry date
Note: Products, once shipped, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet the conditions above.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are processed according to your original payment method.
- For payments via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
- Processing time may vary based on your bank’s policies, and delays are beyond our control.
