• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS/email with tracking details.

Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping only within territory of Russian federation.

Domestic Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated based on your order value and location.
• Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

• After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If you haven't received your order within 5 days of the shipping confirmation:

• We will promptly assist you in tracking or resolving any delivery issues.
